DEBT SETTLEMENT

Debt settlement may let you resolve unsecured debts (like credit cards) for less than you owe. We’ll review your finances and help you decide if settlement is the best path to becoming debt-free.

  • Average settlements of 50% or more.

  • Eligibility confirmation in minutes.

  • One affordable monthly payment.

DEBT RELIEF

Debt can add up fast, credit cards, loans, medical bills, and more. We make it easier by reviewing your situation and matching you with a personalized plan that helps lower stress and get you back in control.

CONSOLIDATION

If you’re juggling multiple payments, debt consolidation can simplify things by combining debts into one monthly payment, often with a clearer payoff timeline, so it’s easier to stay on track and reduce stress.

LOAN

A loan may be an option to refinance or consolidate eligible debt into a single payment. We’ll help you review available loan options, rates, and terms so you can choose what fits your budget and timeline.

2026 Remedy Financial Center, LLC. All rights reserved.

Remedy Financial Center does not provide debt settlement, debt consolidation, credit counseling, legal services, or credit repair. We only connect consumers with independent third-party providers that may offer one or more of these services. Any services you receive will be provided by the third-party company you choose, under its own terms and conditions.

Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed. Some consumers who successfully complete a debt relief program may reduce the total amount they repay compared to the amount owed; however, outcomes depend on your creditors, your financial situation, and your ability to make required deposits. When savings are referenced, they generally reflect reductions in enrolled debt before program fees.

If you enroll with a third-party provider, fees are typically based on a percentage of your enrolled debt and commonly range from 14% to 27%, though fees may vary by provider and by state. Programs are not available in all states. Program length commonly ranges from 24 to 48 months, depending on your debt amount and other factors.

Under applicable rules, a debt relief provider generally may not charge certain fees until at least one debt has been successfully resolved and you have made at least one payment toward that settlement through the program. In many programs, consumers may need to accumulate funds (often approximately 25% of an enrolled debt) before a provider can attempt a settlement offer with that creditor. Settlement timing varies; some consumers may see settlements occur periodically (for example, every 3 to 6 months), and the timing of any first settlement may take several months depending on your circumstances and creditor participation.

Using debt resolution services may negatively impact your credit score and creditworthiness. You may receive collection calls, collection activity may continue, and you may be subject to lawsuits from creditors or collectors. Your total outstanding debt may increase due to ongoing interest, late fees, or other charges.

We do not assume your debts, and we do not make monthly payments to your creditors on your behalf unless required deposits are made into a dedicated account as outlined in your program documents with the third-party provider.

We do not provide tax, bankruptcy, accounting, or legal advice. You should consult a qualified tax professional regarding potential tax consequences of debt forgiveness and a licensed bankruptcy attorney for advice about bankruptcy or other legal options.

Please carefully review and understand all program terms, conditions, and disclosures before enrolling. Not all debts are eligible for enrollment, and some creditors may not participate or negotiate with debt relief providers.
